I’m confused by the vilification of people saying they work with a narcissist- your numbers say that between one in a hundred to one in two hundred implies that most people do work with a true narcissist, at least indirectly, if their at a company that’s at least that large. I worked at a company with a local employee count in the ~300 range just in our office building, and there is a single individual there that I would consider a true narcissist.

What am I missing — doesn’t that seem to imply that its very possible that I work with a true narcissist?
